Our double studios are apartments on the ground floor and open plan. They have a double room open to a living-dining room and kitchen with access to a terrace with views. Bathroom with natural stone floor and shower. Breda stoneware floor.
The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of the first night (deposit). If the reservation is canceled 15 days in advance we can either save the deposit for a future reservation or refund the deposit. If it´s canceled between 15 and 7 days in advance, the deposit can be saved for a future reservation. If it is canceled between 7 days and 48 hours, the deposit will be lost. In case of canceling the reservation within less than 48 hours, 75% of the reservation will be charged. In the case of not notifying us or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
In the case of canceling for high season periods (bank holidays, July and August) please note that the deposit is not refundable although if you inform us with more than 15 days prior to check-in we can keep the deposit for a future stay. If it is canceled between 14 days and 48 hours, the deposit will be lost, and with less than 48h notice the whole reservation will be charged.
In case of having to cancel your booking due to major force issues, we have the right to look for alternative accommodation or offer the possibility to refund the deposit.
